Deciding Your Space

How do I rent a storage unit?

We have designed our website to make renting a storage unit fast and easy online. However, you are most definitely welcome to rent onsite at our kiosk or call us at 479-403-1032 to rent by telephone.

What size units do you have?

Our standard sizes range from 5'x10'x11' to 12'x35'x13' in our enclosed building and from 11'x15'x10' to 11'x35'x12' in our covered parking section.

Do you have climate controlled units?

No, not at this time.

Do you have units with electricity?

Yes. Every unit in Building A and every parking space in Building B has one electrical plug-in per unit.

What is enclosed versus covered?

Our enclosed units are all drive-up access units in which you are able to pull a vehicle directly up to your unit in order to load and unload. Our covered parking units are parking spaces beneath a covered awning. 

Do you offer RV/boat/car/motorcycle parking?

Yes. We offer a variety of units and styles of unit that will easily store an RV, boat, car, motorcycle, and other types of motorized vehicles.

Do you offer any discounts or specials?

Yes. We offer a 10% Veteran Discount, discounts for long-term prepayment, as well as various specials throughout the year. You will need to contact the office staff via email or phone to discuss details of the Veteran Discount and other discounts or specials.

Moving In

Does All American Storage provide locks?

No. Tenant will need to provide their own physical lock.

Security and Access

When can I access my self storage unit?

Our property is accessible 7 days a week, 365 days a year via our punch pad gate access system. Upon rental of a storage unit, you will be given your own personal gate code that will allow you to access your unit any time any day.

What are access hours versus office hours?

During access hours, you can use your gate code to access your storage unit. All American Storage is open 24 hours a day 365 days a year for access. During office hours, staff members are available via phone or email to provide customer service and assist you by answering questions, renting units, accepting payments, and assisting you in any other way you may need. Office hours vary.

Does All American Storage provide any kind of security?

Yes. We have state-of-the-art digital video surveillance cameras placed all over the property which record 24 hours a day and store the footage. Access to the units is limited solely to renters who may only enter using a personal gate code.

Can my spouse or children have access to my unit?

You are most certainly allowed to let family members access your unit. We just ask that you call or email the office and let staff know that an unknown person will be on the property and has permission to access your unit.

 If I forget my access code, what do I do?

You may log-in to your account online or call the office at 479-403-1032 during office hours and a staff member will assist you.

Lease Terms

Do you rent month-to-month or do I have to sign a long term lease?

Our rental contracts are month-to-month agreements. No long term lease is required. However, if you know you are going to be renting for an extended period of time be sure to contact staff via email or phone to discuss long-term lease incentives.

What kind of documentation do I need in order to rent a unit?

You will need a valid, government-issued form of identification such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport.

Do you require me to carry insurance on my stored goods?

No. We do not require that you carry insurance on your unit but you are responsible for the items you store at All American Storage. Some renters rely on a personal existing insurance policy. However, we do offer insurance on goods that you store in our units. If you are interested in acquiring insurance, you are able to do so upon renting your unit or you may contact us via email or phone to acquire a policy after rental.

How do I move out?

You are required to notify All American Storage in writing at least 10 days prior to move-out date via the website or email.


Do you have automatic payment options?

Yes. You can sign up for autopay upon move-in or any time during your stay. We can automatically deduct your monthly charges from a credit card, debit card, or bank account. You can also make one-time monthly payments using our convenient online billing and payment option when you log in to your account.

I don't want to pay online. Can I pay in person?

No. We do not currently have a way to pay in person. You can pay online or at the onsite kiosk. It is also possible to pay via phone during office hours.

What if I'm late making my payment?

We bill monthly and payments are due on the 1st of the month. There is a 4 day grace period before charging a late fee of $10 on the 5th of the month. If you do not pay prior to the 10th of the month you will be charged an additional $20 late fee. You will be suspended from gate access on the 14th of the month.
